National Conference 2020

29th Annual National Case Management and Transitions of Care Conference & 23rd Annual ACMA Meeting

Join your case management and transitions of care peers at the ACMA 2022 National Conference - the premier case management event of the year! Network and exchange ideas, engage with innovation in the field and discover best practices that will improve patient care outcomes. This event will bring experiences, networking, education and inspiration together to foster personal and career growth.

Why Attend?

The conference begins Sunday, May 1 with SEQR sessions. These sessions will share speaker knowledge and lessons learned but will utilize audience challenges and questions in a facilitated discussion format. Then, enjoy two exciting full days, May 2-3, of keynote sessions, breakout sessions, networking opportunities, product demonstrations and time to relax and enjoy the camaraderie of your peers. If that isn't enough, you can stay longer for the ACM Certification Review on May 4.

The latest case management trends and topics will include:

  • Collaboration and interdisciplinary teams
  • Utilization management
  • Social determinants of health
  • Value-based care
  • Research and innovation
  • Patient-centric care and engagement

Attendees will have two options of attending: experiencing the conference in-person in Dallas; or live-streaming select conference sessions from a remote location. The in-person event will provide valuable benefits including networking with peers and the ability to collaborate in person. For those who choose to attend the conference in person, please note that COVID precautions will be in effect.

For those who are unable to attend in person, we are pleased to again offer an interactive live stream option. Select sessions will be available, including the keynote sessions plus two breakout sessions for each track. The interactive live stream option will include educational sessions only and will not include networking or exhibit hall interactions. The available sessions to be live streamed are noted on the agenda. Note that the interactive livestream sessions will not be recorded and are only available during the session time.

ACMA is committed to offering you the same high-quality content and educational offerings as we always do and are pleased to be able to offer flexibility of attendance again this year.
