Registration FAQs

I received an incomplete registration email, what should I do? 

If you received an email stating your registration is incomplete you will need to re-register. Please be sure to go back and click all the way to the end of the registration. 

 

I thought I registered, but now the early bird pricing is over. 

There is no way to convert your incomplete registration to the earlier price. Be sure that you receive a confirmation email to confirm your registrations. 

 

I didn't receive a confirmation email. What should I do? 

Please work with your IT department to be sure that emails are not being block from app.etouches.com. Below are some things you can share with them. 

IT managers can set up the below policies by adding different DNS records to apply to their domains used to send emails. These policies are used to increase security to make sure their domain is not used for phishing. Policies like these contain rules about how email servers should deal with emails received when SPF, DKIM, or DMARC checks are not successful.

  • SPF Policy This policy confirms that the IP address of the server sending the email is an authorized server for the domain used in the return-path.
  • DKIM PolicyThis process will verify that the DKIM signature of the email matches the public DKIM record of the header.from domain
  • DMARC Policy: This additional policy will verify the domain alignment between the domain provided in the DKIM record, the Header.from domain and the return-path domain.

        I can't see the full agenda as I register. 

        You are only able to select from the sessions that correspond to your program area. To see more sessions modify your registration and select additional program areas. 

        Sessions are being added throughout the spring and the full agenda will be available no later than June. 

         

        How do I modify my registration? 

        You will need your reference number and email address from your confirmation email. Once you have those you can click "Modify Registration" from the homepage of this site. 

         

        I don't see any sessions for my program area. 

        The conference schedule is still being finalized. The full agenda will be available in June at the latest. You will need to modify your registration at that time to add additional sessions to your agenda. 

         

        I want to register more than 10 people, what do I do and what do I need to know?

        You are able to add up to 10 registrations to appear on one invoice. If you need to register more than 10 people there is a spreadsheet that you can use. 

        Things to know about bulk registration

        • Using the spreadsheet will not allow participants to select additional sessions that may or may not have an additional fee.
        • Participants need to login individually to select the sessions they want to attend once the conference gets closer and the agenda is finalized. See "How do I modify my registration?" located on this FAQ page for instructions.
