Q: What are the dates for 2022 Employee Benefits Summit (EBS)?
A: The 2022 Employee Benefits Summit is April 3-5, 2022.

Q: What is the location of the 2022 EBS?
A: The 2022 Employee Benefits Summit will be at The Westin Irving Convention Center, 400 West Las Colinas Boulevard, Irving, TX 75039.

Q: What is the cost to attend the 2022 EBS?
A: The early-bird registration rate is $200 through March 1, 2022. The standard rate of $225 begins March 2, 2022.

Q: What is included in my 2022 EBS registration fee?
A: Your registration fee includes all conference events and sessions, as well as breakfast, lunch, and snacks on both days. Attendees are responsible for covering their own dinner, lodging, and transportation.

Q: What is the registration cancellation policy for the 2022 EBS?
A: The 2022 EBS registration fee will be refunded only if we receive your written cancellation notice via email to Info@EmployeeBenefitsSummit.com by March 14, 2022. Cancellation requests made after March 14, 2022, will not be eligible for a refund. If you have registered but cannot attend, you may send someone else in your place at no additional cost. Please notify GuideStone^® of any modifications to your registration by emailing Info@EmployeeBenefitsSummit.com. Cancellations for lodging at The Westin Irving Convention Center Las Colinas must be made through the hotel directly.

Q: Can I transfer my registration to someone else for the 2022 EBS?
A: If you have registered but cannot attend, you may send someone else in your place at no additional cost. Please notify us of any modifications to your registration by emailing Info@EmployeeBenefitsSummit.com.

Q: I cannot locate my registration confirmation email for the 2022 EBS. What should I do?
A: You may access your registration information from your initial invitation email. If that is not possible, you can also email Info@EmployeeBenefitsSummit.com for assistance.

Q: May I change my breakout session selections for the 2022 EBS?
A: Yes! Log back into the registration page any time before EBS begins on April 3, 2022, and we will be happy to update your information.

Q: How do I get an invoice for my registration for the 2022 EBS?
A: You will receive a confirmation email with your conference receipt. If you need anything other than that, please email us at Info@EmployeeBenefitsSummit.com.

Q: What is the weather like in Dallas in April?
A: The average temperature is around 77°F in April.

Q: What should I wear?
A: Most people will be dressed in smart casual attire. Even though it can be warm outside, it tends to be cool inside the event venue, so dress accordingly!

Q: What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Q: What options are available for dining outside of EBS?
A: There are plenty of dining options in the area around the event venue! The Toyota Music Factory Complex is beside the Westin Irving Convention Center, which has multiple dining options ranging from fast food to gourmet restaurants.

The area around The Westin Irving Convention Center is home to dozens of restaurants with a variety of dining options. Plus, you are always only an Uber or Lyft ride away from any food you may like. Check out some recommendations here.

Q: How do I book my hotel room?

Q: How do I get from the airport to the hotel?
A: The Westin Irving Convention Center Las Colinas does not provide shuttle service. You can use a taxi or a ride-sharing service, such as Uber or Lyft.

Q: Which airport should I fly into?
A: You can choose from either Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) or Dallas Love Field (DAL).

Driving directions from DFW to The Westin Irving Convention Center Las Colinas:

• Take TX-114 E to Hidden Ridge in Irving. Take the TX-348 Spur/Northwest Hwy exit from TX-114 E.
• Continue on Hidden Ridge. Drive to West Las Colinas Boulevard.
• Merge onto Hidden Ridge.
• Turn right onto West Las Colinas Boulevard, and the destination will be on the right.

The airport is 16 miles from the conference location.

Driving directions from DAL to The Westin Irving Convention Center Las Colinas:

• Get on TX-183 W from W Mockingbird Ln.
• Take TX-114 W to W John Carpenter Fwy in Irving. Take the exit toward TX-348 Spur/NW Hwy/Hidden Ridge Dr from TX-114 W.
• Continue on W John Carpenter Fwy to your destination.
• Turn right toward Exhibition Way.
• Turn right onto Lake Carolyn Pkwy/Promenade Pkwy.
• Enter the traffic circle, and the destination will be on the right.

Q: When do you recommend we arrive and depart?
A: Registration and breakfast will begin at 8 a.m. on April 4, 2022, so we advise you to arrive the night before (if you are not local). The last session ends at 12:30 p.m. on April 5, 2022. We will have a grab-and-go box lunch available. This should leave you enough time to make it to the airport (DFW or DAL) for a 3 p.m. or later departure flight.

Q: Will there be an app for the Summit?
A: Yes! After you register, we will send you a link to download the event app to your phone. More information about the app will be released about a month in advance of EBS. We recommend you download the app before you arrive so you can easily stay in the know.

Q: Will speaker presentations be available for me to review after EBS?
A: Each speaker determines if they will make their material available to conference attendees. All available presentations will be available for download in the conference app.

Q: Will EBS be live-streamed?
A: No, EBS will not be streamed.

Q: Is there an official social media hashtag for the Summit?
A: Yes! Please use #EBS2022 to interact with our team, other attendees and your followers.
