Creating a culture of understanding and vigilance

The Ofsted Education Inspection Framework (EIF) are looking for all providers to ensure that they develop a culture of online safety and that learners are informed and supported to protect themselves from online harm and stay safe online.

This webinar will explore the current trends, risks and challenges learners may experience in the online world, with specific focus on the impact this may have on them in everyday life, including on Mental Health.

The aim of this webinar is to support those working with and supporting learners, to feel more confident in understanding the risks of exposure to inappropriate or harmful material, the impact of inappropriate interaction with other users, the consequences of negative behaviours online by users and what help and support is available to staff and learners – including educational resources.
