2022 Melting Pot Vendor Tradeshow & Expo | September 19 - 21, 2022
We are excited to announce that the 2022 Annual Reunion will be hosted at the Renaissance Esmeralda Indian Wells in Palm Springs, California on September 19 - 21 (with franchisee departures on September 22, 2022). This destination boasts serenity and scenery, with a mountain landscape and sweeping grounds dotted with palm trees and plumeria. Get ready to mix, mingle, and mellow in this desert oasis.
This year's Vendor Tradeshow & Expo will be split into two parts.
For vendors who are providing beverages or food items to sample, you have the opportunity to host a station at our Vendor Tasting & Sampling Lunch. Additional hotel stations will be included in this event to provide lunch for our franchisees who will sip, sample, and schmooze (11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.).
For vendors who are not providing food or beverages to be sampled, you have the opportunity to host a table at our Vendor Expo & Symposium following the Tasting & Sampling Lunch. In these 90 minutes, franchisees will be able to spread out and speak with vendor partners who may have demonstrations or information to share about our partnership, their products and/or upcoming offerings and developments (12:30 p.m. - 2 p.m.)
Following our Vendor Tradeshow & Expo, vendors have the opportunity to host a fun extracurricular event and/or host a vendor dinner for which franchisees will have the opportunity to register during their registration period. For more information on these options, please speak with your Melting Pot representative. In order to coordinate either of these two options, you must register by July 7, 2022.
DEADLINE: The official deadline to register is Thursday, July 7, 2022. After that date, hotel room procurement will be based on availability, and the group room rate and reduced resort fee may not be available.
