Tuesday, September 20 | Time to Shine

8:30 a.m. | Vendor Assembly (30 minutes)
Meet with Dan Ammen to talk about the industry and where Melting Pot is going.  

9 a.m. | Vendor Awards Ceremony (45 minutes)
Come be thanked and recoginized for your partnership.

12:30 p.m. | Vendor Expo & Symposium (90 minutes)
For vendors who do not have food or beverages to sample, you have the opportunity to host a table at our Vendor Expo & Symposium overlapping the last 30 minutes of the Tasting & Sampling Lunch. In these 90 minutes, franchisees will be able to spread out and speak with vendor partners who may have demonstrations or information to share about our partnership, their products, and/or upcoming offerings and developments.

3 p.m. | Host an Activity
If you would like to host an afternoon activity for franchisees and Restaurant Support Center team members (spa treatment, bicycle ride, bowling, adventure tour, etc.), please contact your Melting Pot representative to discuss ideas and options. Activities should last no more than two hours as to not interfere with any potential dinner reservations. Please note, the deadline for this option is July 7, 2022, as that is when the franchisee registration will be launched; our franchisees will be asked to sign up for your activity if they are interested. This also allows you the opportunity to fully plan your activity, or cancel it should you not reach the capcity desired.

7 p.m. | Host a Dinner
While registering online, vendors have the opportunity to select the option to host a dinner Tuesday evening at a local restaurant. If this is of interest to you, please select the restaurant of your choice on the registration page. Please note, the deadline for this option is July 7, 2022, as that is when the franchisee registration will be launched; our franchisees will be asked to sign up for this if they are interested. Restaurant Support Center team members will also be able to sign up to attend a hosted dinner. Once onsite, should there still be spaces remaining, franchisees will have the option to fill any remaining slots. Restaurant reservations will be scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. or later.
