Please note complimentary registration is dependent on approval.

* Complimentary press registration is limited strictly to editorial representatives (e.g. reporters, editors), photographers, and film crews from bona fide media organizations, as well as freelance journalists working on assignments at the Spotlight event for such organizations. Press registrations will be vetted before approval to ensure compliance with the above guidelines.

Cancellation fees

Up to 29 March 50% of registration fee
After 29 March and no-shows 100% of registration fee
Substitute delegates accepted at no charge

All best endeavours will be made to present Spotlight Kazakhstan event as described. However, World Nuclear Association reserves the right to alter or cancel the event as necessary. In the event of cancellation by the Association, registered delegates will receive a full refund of registration fees, however the Association will not be liable for any additional loss or inconvenience, including but not limited to travel and accommodation costs.
