Pulmonary Hypertension Association (PHA) members enjoy the best available Symposium registration rates.
To take advantage of discounted rates only available to PH Professional Network (PHPN) and PH Clinicians and Researchers (PHCR) members, use the email address associated with your membership account to register.
Your membership MUST be active through Oct. 3, 2021, to qualify for discounted registration rates.
If you are currently not a member, you may add membership during registration. Select the appropriate option ("join" or "renew") during the registration process.

Cancellation
Policy
If you need to cancel your registration, please email us.
Cancellations received on or before Aug. 17, 2021 will be granted a full refund of the registration fee.
Cancellations received after Aug. 17, 2021 and "no shows” are not eligible for refunds.
Registrants are responsible for ensuring they have the minimum required computer and connectivity standards for participating in the virtual Symposium via Zoom.

PHA is not responsible for registrant technological issues, including, but not limited to, inadequate bandwidth and/or registrant equipment malfunction.

PHA is committed to providing a professional, friendly, and welcoming learning environment for all participants at its meetings and events, regardless of his/her/their age, race, color, national origin, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, pregnancy, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, uniformed servicemember status or any other status protected by applicable federal, state or local laws.
We expect all PHA meeting participants and speakers to help in ensuring a positive learning experience for everyone. Unprofessional, discriminatory, or harassing behavior will not be tolerated.
Unacceptable behavior includes, but is not limited to:
Offensive or unwelcome behavior or language including, but not limited to the following: age, race, color, national origin, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, pregnancy, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, uniformed servicemember status or any other status protected by applicable federal, state or local laws.
Visual harassment, such as displaying sexual or offensive images OR inappropriate language on clothing or visible on screen to attendees at the event, including in presentations, slide decks, and backgrounds. Exceptions may be made for presentations of a medical and/or educational nature that have been approved by PHA or authorized speakers.
Intimidation or bullying.
Possession of a weapon or something that could be construed as a weapon.
Photographing, or video- or audio-recording of slides, oral, or poster presentations without presenter/author’s permission.
Possession or mention of illegal substances. Exceptions may be made for presentations of a medical and/or educational nature that have been approved by PHA or authorized speakers.
Sharing your event registration with another person(s).
Inappropriate disruption of meetings.
Any other illegal activity not already covered above.
Real or implied threat of professional or financial damage or harm.
Violating the rules and regulations of the online platform on which the event or meeting is held (e.g., eventPower or Zoom).
Report harassment or disruptive behaviors by emailing us.
Consequences of misconduct may include immediate removal from Symposium without warning and/or restrictions from attending future PHA meetings.

The PH Professional Network (PHPN) is the Pulmonary Hypertension Association (PHA)’s medical membership network for non-physician clinicians, nurses and allied health professionals.
Held every two years, the PHPN Symposium brings together about 500 pulmonary hypertension (PH)-treating health care professionals to learn and earn continuing education, share research among peers and network with other health care professionals.
