The Pulmonary Hypertension Association’s PH Professional Network (PHPN) Symposium brings together hundreds of allied health care professionals every two years to network and earn continuing education credits. This year’s Symposium will be online because of the pandemic. The event, “PHiguring Out the Puzzle: Pieces to Innovative, Patient-Centered Care,” offers online education sessions about advancements in PH research and care. At the conclusion of the event, attendees will be able to access recordings of all educational sessions on the PHPN Symposium portal through Jan. 4, 2022 at no additional cost.
Robert P. Frantz, M.D., FACC, is the director of the PH clinic and professor of medicine at Mayo Clinic. He received his medical degree from Mayo Medical School and completed his internal medicine residency at Mayo Graduate School of Medicine. His primary interests include Group 1 PH, balloon angioplasty for CTEPH, and mechanical circulatory support and transplantation issues related to left heart desease-associated PH. He is the principal investigator for the NHLBI PVDOMICS project.
