This virtual conference to be held EST. Refer to agenda for daily start and end times.
During registration, attendees will have the opportunity to selection their perferred Tracks on April 7th and breakout sessions on April 8th. Please note that breakout session size is limited to 19 attendees. Registration for these sessions are based on a first-come, first-serve basis. The same session topics are offered at 1:45 pm and 3:00 pm. Sessions will fill up fast. To ensure availability, register early.
Attendees registered by March 1st will receive a conference gift bag prior to the start of the conference. Those who register after March 1st, will receive a gift bag but it may not arrive by conference time.
Attendees will receive information closer to the conference on virtual platfrom and links. The registration fee includes all course materials, which will be made available digitally on the website for all registered attendees prior to the start of the conference. To receive a refund, cancellations must be received in writing by April 5, 2021. Your paid tuition, less a $50.00 administrative fee, will be returned. No REFUNDS will be granted after April 5, 2021. Jefferson ObGyn reserves the right to cancel or postpone this course due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation or postponement, Jefferson ObGyn will refund registration fees, but not responsible for related costs or expenses to particpants.
