How do I access the virtual congress?

Who do I contact if I can't login to the virtual platform?

If you have already registered and received your instructions on how to access the platform, then please email carolmcnair@asgbi.org.uk for further assistance.

What browser is best for me to use?

We recommend you use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to access the platform. Internet Explorer and Safari are not supported browsers and may impact your experience within the platform.

I am a speaker/chair and I don’t have my session zoom link.

Will the live sessions be recorded?

Yes, all live sessions will be recorded and will be available for 6 months post-congress on-demand afterwards.

How do I update my settings and profile on the platform?

You can update your profile at anytime by clicking on the green circle with your initials on top right of your screen.

How do I ask a question on the platform?

In the virtual platform, on the right-hand column there is a Q & A tab, just type your question in here, the session chairs will ask the speakers submitted questions at the end of the presentation or session if a short paper session.

How do I network with other attendees?

Go to the attendee option on the left side and find the attendee you want to network with. Here you can send them a message or video call them if they have enabled this function.

How do I network with the sponsors?

Our sponsors have had very limited opportunities to engage with clinicians over the past 12 months, please support them by visiting their virtual profiles and engage with their team members during the event. 

How do I access the ePoster Gallery?

The ePosters are housed on the Oxford Abstracts platform. To access the gallery please click here. To view the poster gallery, you are required to log into Oxford Abstracts. Please use the comments box to give the authors feedback on their posters, you can also email the registered author directly.

When will I receive my certificate of presentation?

Abstract Certificates of presentation will be issued the week commencing 17th May to the submitting author only. The submitting author should share with all other contributing authors.

When will I receive my certificate of participation?

A link to complete an evaluation form will be issued after the Congress.  Certificates of attendance will be issued week commencing 17th May to those who have completed the evaluation.
