SHARED CRM FOR FUNDRAISERS
*This training is only available to staff in organizations that have implemented or will be implementing United Way's Shared CRM.
Shared CRM for Fundraisers, delivered by Beyond the Horizon, prepares your fundraisers to use Shared CRM to track, manage and grow relationships with individuals and companies.
During two half-days of hands-on, immersive training, fundraisers learn the fundamentals of Shared CRM's relationship management functionality, from Contact and Account Management to Leadership Giving and logging Activities. Fundraising End Users also learn an overview of basic financial processes to help ensure that key information flows through the entire business cycle - from donation to payout.

This program is designed for fundraisers that are new to Shared CRM; this includes seasonal or temporary staff who may be helping with employee campaign efforts, new employees or team members who are new to the fundraising function.
This course covers core functionality of Shared CRM, but each local United Way may have specific business processes in their use of Shared CRM that should be taught to new learners as a complement to this training.
Standard participant registration cost for this program is $345 per person.
