First Call Temporary Services started in 1991 by Rita Zoller, with her daughter, Tracy Nice, after relocating to Richmond, Indiana. Rita’s previous employer planted the idea of launching her own staffing company. Tracy was a recent graduate and eager for the challenge.

Today First Call has grown from its small office to be one of the largest privatelyheld staffing firms in the state of Indiana, with offices and operations throughout the Midwest and South. Through its 29 years, First Call has evolved with four divisions: staffing, quality services, supplies, and professional services.

>As President, Tracy is now the primary visionary who ensures the company provides excellent customer service to both their employees and clients in an ethical, professional manner. She has been a certified WBE for 12-year and has found the opportunities offered to build with corporations and professional development to be unparalleled.
