Courtney started MCM Staffing, and Hire Quality Strategies, a permanent placement firm in 2011. She supports and values the importance of being a certified WBE and navigated a changing industry with the passing of the Affordable Care Act law, landmark NLRB law changes, and just recently COVID-19. MCM Staffing is pushing through 2020 due to a strategic plan that included moving into the healthcare industry. 2020 was a defining year as she led MCM through converting the business operating model overnight while gaining a sizeable medical customer and onboarding more than 650 associates during COVID-19.

On the other side of COVID now, the company continues to support its industrial customers and is fortunate to be experiencing top-line growth. Courtney’s history in staffing and finance have attributed to MCM’s ability to be flexible in 2020.
