Day Registration includes:

  • Admission to all conference sessions
  • Catering for morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea at conference sessions

Full Registration includes:

  • Admission to the welcome reception
  • Admission to all conference sessions
  • Catering for morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea at conference sessions
  • Conference programme
  • ​Daily transport from Novatel Hotel to University
  • Conference dinner on the final night

Registration Desk

The registration desk will be located within Novatel Hotel foyer on the evening of August 30th 2015 (5 -6pm). On 1 September (As 31 August will be the cultural excursion day) the registration desk will be transferred to the Performing Arts Academy at the University of Waikato where the conference will be located. Staff at the registration desk will be happy to assist with any queries from 8am​ - 9am .

Payment

All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include Goods and Service Tax (GST) of 15%.

Terms and Conditions/Cancellations

As you can imagine, organising a conference is a challenging task. Cancellations impact upon prices and bookings. All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Manager - r.mcnae@waikato.ac.nz. . The WLE Conference Committee will not refund registration fees for cancellations made after 15 August 2015. All applications will be considered on a case by case basis. Refunds or registration fees will incur an administrative fee of $50.00 including GST which will be deducted before registration fees are refunded.
