2. My payment isn't going through
All the credit card information is verified. Please check with your credit card company to ensure that you have the correct name and address for your credit card. If the problem persists please contact us.
3. I tried to register but it was incomplete, now the booth is taken.
If you just tried to register wait 15 minutes and try again. Our system blocks off booths for 15 minutes to give people a chance to register. If it's past 15 minutes someone else may have taken the booth and you'll need to pick another one. Don't worry though, there are plenty of great booths!
4. What booths are the best?
Generally speaking the festival is busiest from 11A Street to 10th Street on Kensington Road and from Kensington Road to 2nd Street. That being said, there are plenty of great booths all over the festival.
5. I want to book multiple booths. Can I select and book multiple booths at a time?
Unfortunately you will need to register for each booth separately. Our system cannot handle multiple registrations at a time.
6. Can I serve salsa at my booth?
You need to register as a Salsa vendor if you want to serve salsa at your booth. If you've already registered an want to switch your booth to a Salsa booth please contact us.

We're happy to accommodate larger booth sizes. Please contact Kevin Collins to see how you can become a sponsor and get a larger space for your exhibit.
