Partners wanting to attend should ask their partner (the Conference attending delegate) to register them on their behalf. For any help or assistance, please contact us.

Visas may be required for travel to Singapore from some countries.

We would refer you to your local Singapore embassy for more information regarding Visa requirements. Please remember to allow time for the paperwork to be processed ahead of the Conference. Regrettably we cannot help directly with your application but we can provide with a visa letter. Please indicate in the registration process whether or not you would like us to provide you with a letter.

(NB our letter will only cover the period of the Conference and allow for reasonable time to travel to and from Singapore.)

If you need assistance with a visa application, the LBMA suggests contacting Trans World Visa Services. Trans World can provide you with a secure and efficient way of obtaining your visa.

The LBMA would like to encourage delegates to connect and network with each other.

If you would like to connect with other delegates, and would not mind having your email address being displayed in the delegate list that is emailed weekly in the months leading up to the Conference, please select ‘Yes’ to this question when you register. This will display your email address in the delegate list allowing other delegates to contact you. The list is only sent to delegates registered to attend the Conference. Alternatively, you can select ‘No’ if you do not want your email address visible for other delegates to see.

Generate interest, make connections, boost awareness, and build relationships with the precious metal industry’s top representatives. Choose from a range of sponsorship and exhibitor packages that can help connect you with the audience in the way that fits your marketing strategy and your budget. For more information please contact Jamie Maskall, LBMA Head of Marketing at Jamie.Maskall@lbma.org.uk, or telephone on +44 (0)207 796 3067.

The LBMA offers free registration to the Conference for up to two media representatives from each Press Company. To register for the Conference, please contact Aelred Connelly, PR Officer at Aelred.Connelly@lbma.org.uk or Tel: +44 207 796 3067, who will be your main point contact for issues relating to the Conference.

Registration includes entry to the Conference itself, as well as the Welcome Reception beginning on Sunday afternoon, and lunches & coffee breaks on Monday and Tuesday. However, please note that it does not include entry to the Conference Dinner on the Monday evening. There are no exceptions to this rule. You should also be aware that cameras and recording equipment are not permitted inside the Plenary Room during the Conference proceedings and are only allowed in the break out areas outside.

Please let Aelred know if you would like to arrange interviews with the LBMA Executive, although media representatives are expected to arrange interviews with the delegates attending the Conference.

As is the case with all other delegates, you will need to make your own flight and hotel accommodation arrangements. You can book your hotel room online, see the Accommodation section for more details.

The cancellation date has now passed. Substitutions are acceptable at any time. In the unlikely event of the Conference being cancelled, any delegate registration fees will be refunded in full less any credit card charges.
