Goal Achievement with 4 Disciplines of Execution
LIVE IN-PERSON
The 4 Disciplines of Execution for Educators, is a simple formula for executing your most important goals for making a real difference in the lives of your students.
What students & educators are saying:
"The execution of achievement begins with focus. If the goals aren't clear, then the expectations are not clear, and then you cannot have system-wide accountability for anything because people don't know what they're accountable to. Thanks to the 4 Disciplines, we're clear about what we're working on, everything's aligned to that, and we're getting great results." -- Candace Singh, Retired Superintendent, Fallbrook Union Elementary School District
"Goals are a very important thing in life and school WIGS can get you really far. When there is something that I need to get done, I try to motivate myself, make a goal out of it and then if I get it done, it'll make me happy. In school I was really struggling with math because I had so many assignments, but my WIGS got me there because I had a goal to complete it. Goals are like motivations and when you complete one it'll make you really happy, I know it will. Trust me." -- Max Gould, Student, Age 11, Colorado
