On-line Registration 

On-line registration will close on Friday, June 30th for pre-conference preparations, and will re-open on Sunday, July 9th for "onsite on-line" registration using credit cards. Click on the link to the right or go to https://www.aps.org/memb-sec/meeting/startpage.cfm?event_id=1220.

On-site registration using checks or cash will open on Sunday, July 9th at 8:00am. On-site registration using credit cards will be completed using the on-line process - see above.

Note: We highly recommend on-line registration when paying by credit card.

On-site Registration Desk

The conference registration desk, located outside of Grand Ballroom A on the West side of the fourth floor lobby area near the elevator bank, will be open during these times:

• Sunday, July 9th	8:00am - 8:00pm
• Monday, July 10th	7:00am - 6:00pm
• Tuesday, July 11th	7:00am - 6:00pm
• Wednesday, July 12th	7:00am - 12:30pm
• Thursday, July 13th	7:00am - 6:00pm
• Friday, July 14th	7:00am - noon
