Poster Presentations

Posters may be displayed beginning around 18:00 on Sunday, July 9 in Regency CD.

Each poster will be allowed a poster board space of 47" x 47" (120 cm x 120 cm), which may extend down the poster board to a maximum 6' (180 cm) in length.

Posters should be readable from a distance of at least five feet.

Posters may be fastened to the boards with thumbtacks provided. The boards will be assigned numbers corresponding to the abstract numbers (e.g. F9.00007 or M9.00014) in the conference schedule. Please find your poster abstract number, and fasten your poster to the board assigned that number.

During each poster session, the scheduled presenters will be required to stand by their posters (e.g. Session F9 presenters on Monday, July 10  from 18:00 to 20:00, and Session M9 presenters on Tuesday, July 11 from 18:00 to 20:00).

Light hors d'oeuvres and beverages will be available during the poster sessions.

All posters must be removed by 12:00 on Wednesday, July 12.

Any posters remaining on display after that time will be discarded.
