Social Program

The following social events are available for conference attendees and their accompanying persons (additional ticket required for the Thursday Banquet).

Sunday, July 9 Welcome Reception

After registering, attendees and companions are invited to a Welcome Reception in the Park View room on the fourth floor of the hotel from 18:00 to 20:00. Hors d’oeuvres and drinks will be served.

Monday, July 10 Companion Breakfast and Walking Tour

Companions are invited to a Companion Breakfast held in the Park View room on the fourth floor of the hotel, starting at 10:00. After breakfast, join a short walking tour of downtown St. Louis.

Thursday, July 13 Conference Banquet

Attendees and companions are welcome to the conference banquet reception starting at 17:30 in the Gateway Terrace on the eighteenth floor of the hotel and the conference banquet starting at 19:00 in Grand Ballroom DE on the fourth floor of the hotel. Attendees paying the full conference registration fee ($800, $950, or $1200) have one ticket included with their registration. Additional tickets are available for purchase at the conference registration desk for $100 each until Monday evening.
