Overview:
Effective safeguarding in the work based learning setting can be challenging. Where do responsibilities lie? With the learning provider, the employer, the learner or apprentice? How can providers build effective relationships with employers and colleges and raise awareness of safeguarding in a meaningful way with learners? How can providers put in place procedures to ensure everyone is working together and that safeguarding practices are consistent?

This webinar will look at some of the challenges and how some providers have developed their practice in response.
