We have been closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, and are considering a variety of options to ensure the health and wellbeing of our delegates while attending RI London. We will be keeping up to date with the UK Government and World Health Organization guidelines, and would also encourage our delegates to make use of these resources.
Cancellation Policy:
Due to the uncertainty the coronavirus outbreak has brought around group gatherings, we will be providing full refunds to anyone who requests one by the conference dates (June 9-10). If you wish to ask for a full refund, please email our delegates team.
If we are unable to hold RI London in June, we will postpone the conference to later in the year. Delegate tickets will be transferred to the later dates but if they do not suit your agenda you will be able to cancel according to the usual T&Cs (100% refund if cancelled 10 weeks or more prior to the new conference dates, 50% refund if cancelled 6 weeks or more before the new conference dates).
