Overview

This program gives practical tools & guidance to help people not just cope with but build long lasting resilience to even the constant Change that’s almost ubiquitous across all levels of the Public Sector. The skills you’ll learn on this program will not only benefit people in the workplace, but also personally.

The applied neuroscience & psychology underpinning this program provide participants with evidenced based strategies to improve their abilities in dealing with change - as well as leading and managing change.

Understanding the neuroscience of change and how the brain works during change will significantly help manage fear & build capacity to cope with change. This program will help you develop strategies to maximise your brain's capacity for change, and improve decision making, adaptation and resilience.
