A block of rooms has been reserved at the Doubletree by Hilton, 1-800-222-TREE (8733). Please identify yourself as being with the “NCDOT Construction Group” when making your room reservations directly with the hotel. Please also determine the appropriate room cancellation policy for the hotel you make reservations with.
Please make reservations by February 1, 2014 to guarantee the room block rate and room availability. The state per diem rate of $65.90 plus tax is not guaranteed after the February 1 cutoff date.
