The hotel is only 9 km from the Queenstown Airport which is serviced by many taxis and ride-share companies. From the Airport a taxi will cost between NZ$40-50. Shuttle service is approximately NZ$24 for 1st person (NZ$6 additional person) and a 25 minute drive.

Conference Accommodation - Rydges Lakeland Resort Queenstown

A conference rate of $280 per room per night for a Lake King Room or $350 Lakeview Suite without breakfast has been negotiated at the Rydges Hotel which is part of the QT complex.  Pre-paid breakfast is $35 per person.  One night deposit required at time of booking.

Cancellation of your accommodation within 30 days may incur the full cost of the room nights booked.

Check in time is 3.00pm; Check out is 10:00am.

Rydges Lakeland Resort has onsite car parking spaces available at a cost of $15.00 per night. Please do note these are subject to availability. In addition there is unrestricted parking on the street directly in front and behind the hotel. EV Charging is available at $15 per vehicle per charge.
