BIKE PICK UP
Tri Bike Transport will have all bikes that were shipped through them set up in the hotel. Please bring your ID to retrieve your bike. Mechanics will be onsite to support any needs on shipped bikes.
RIDER BIB PICK-UPTeammates and Coaches do not need to attend the bib pick-up hosted by the ride organizers.Team In Training will host its own Bib Pick Up at the Portland Westin Harborview on Friday, September 8th, for all teammates and coaches with Team In Training. This includes those who purchased their ride entry directly through Eastern Trail Alliance. A list of those teammates can be found here. If you purchased your bib directly through ETA and your name is not included in this list, please let Christine Morrison know.*If you wish to pick up a friend or family member's packet, you must have them print and sign this waver (link) and bring it with you to the Team In Training Bib Pick-Up.
TEAM IN TRAINING APPAREL EXCHANGEIf you have requested an exchange for your cycling jersey, come see us during these hours for exchanges and returns. Please make sure the jersey you are returning or exchanging is unused/unwashed, still in the plastic bag it came in, and still has the tag attached.

The team will meet in the small park next to the Westin team hotel at the corner of High & Congress.

Friends & Family welcome! When completing event weekend reservations, you can choose to purchase additional tickets. You will be required to pay for these tickets when submitting your event weekend reservations.
Guest Ticket Cost: $60.00
Electronic tickets will be mailed to teammates and guests who RSVP'd on Wednesday, September 6th. You may show the ticket on your mobile phone or print it out to show at the dinner .
Training in Honor or Memory of someone special?
During event weekend, we will be celebrating your personal Honored Heroes. To Include your Hero's name and picture, please click here. Pictures must be submitted by Thursday, August 31st.
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 9TH - RIDE DAY
MORNING TEAM MEETING TIME
Coaches will lead groups at staggered times to ride from the team hotel over to the ride start in the morning (approx. 4 miles). Exact times will be posted soon! The team will meet in the small park next to the Westin team hotel at the corner of High & Congress.

Southern Maine Community College, Spring Point
- Century (100 miler) - 7:00 a.m
- Metric Century (62 miler) - 7:30 a.m
- 40 miler - 8:00 a.m.
- 25 miler - 8:30 a.m.

Bike mechanics will be available near the start line for any last minute needs.

TEAM COURSE CHEER SUPPORT
Team In Training will have two spots along the course where you'll get some extra purple cheer!
- Old Orchard Beach Rest Stop: This is an official rest stop for the ride. You'll see our Team In Training staff there, and we welcome any friends and family to join us there if they have access to a vehicle! It is ~18 miles from the start area by car.
- Kennebunkport around mile 44 of the 100 mile course: We have some local Maine volunteers setting up a cheer spot! This not a rest stop so please be sure to keep riding past them to the official rest stop ahead, but keep an eye and ear out for a big GO TEAM!

POST EVENT CELEBRATION at FINISH LINE
After you cross the finish line, look forward to the post ride celebration on the Southern Maine Community College campus. The ride organizers and various vendors will have food and beverages available from 11 a.m.-5 p.m.; cash required for some items. Winslow Homer Room, 1st floor
When you complete the ride, you will return to the hotel to drop off your bike with Tri Bike Transport if you are using their return shipment services. Pedals and any valuable or loose items will need to be removed from your bike.
