1. How many people from our organization can attend?
In order to achieve regional diversity, we recommend that no more than 5 representatives per organization attend the Summit. Organizations are strongly encouraged to strive for gender-balanced delegations.

2. What happens if our top executive is unable to attend?
Top executives who are not able to participate are invited to designate additional representatives from their organization to attend the Summit. Please refer to the Participant Criteria for further information on who can attend the Summit. Organizations are invited to submit requests for additional invitations here

3. Do all participants need to register in advance?
Yes. All participants must register via the Leaders Summit online registration system. Only individuals who have received an invitation will be able to access the registration system. Please be aware that emails and letters to the Global Compact cannot be processed and will not be accepted as a substitute for online registration. Please refer to the Participant Criteria page or email leaderssummit@unglobalcompact.org for information on eligibility to receive an invitation.

Security passes granting access to Leaders Summit activities will only be issued to registered attendees.

4. How can I register for the Leaders Summit?
Participation in the Leaders Summit is by invitation only. If you have received an invitation, please click on the registration link in the invitation letter to access our online registration system. Please fill in all required fields and submit payment, if required for your registration. You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your registration is complete.

If you have not been invited and would like to request an invitation, please do so here. All invitation requests are reviewed and responded to within 7 business days. You will receive an official invitation letter via email if your request is approved. If you do not receive a response within 7 business days, please email leaderssummit@unglobalcompact.org

5. Do I need a code to complete registration?
No, codes are not required to log in to your registration. This field is only for Global Compact Local Networks. All Local Networks have been provided a code that can be used for one Local Representative Network of their choosing. If you have been given a code, please enter it before logging in. If you have any questions about Local Network codes, please contact the Global Compact Local Networks team.

6. I registered for the Leaders Summit and received a confirmation email. Can I still modify my registration selections at a later date?
Yes, you may log back into your registration anytime before 17 June 2016 using the modification link provided in your confirmation email. 

7. I started, but did not complete, my registration. Can I log back in and complete it at a later date?
Yes. You can log back in using the registration link provided in your original invitation letter, or in the email reminder you will receive after leaving the registration site before completing your registration.

8. Is there a registration fee for the Leaders Summit?
Yes, registration fees apply to all participants with the exception of: Government, Heads of United Nations Agencies, Funds and Programmes, and Leaders Summit sponsors. Please refer to the participant criteria for further information.

9. Can a top executive bring his/her assistant?
Yes. Please contact leaderssummit@unglobalcompact.org to request an invitation. Registration fees will apply to his/her assistant’s registration. Please see below for further details on registration fees and participant criteria. 

10. As an individual, can I participate in the Leaders Summit?
The Leaders Summit is by invitation only and is open to representatives from business, the investment community, foundations, the UN, civil society, Governments and academia.
