The Official Hotels are the Westin Kansas City at Crown Center, 1 East Pershing Road, Kansas City, MO and the Sheraton Kansas City at Crown Center, 2345 McGee Street, Kansas City, MO.  The hotels are connected via a skywalk.

The room rate for single and double occupancy is $158 per night plus 16.85% tax, plus $1.75 per day Kansas City Development fee.  The room rate for triple occupancy is $173 per night plus tax and fee, and the Quad rate is $188 plus tax and fee.

Guestrooms include complimentary basic wireless internet.  Premium bandwith is available at a rate of $19.95 per day.
