What is the cost of the Wellness Retreat? 


The retreat fee for IWF Members is $1,000 USD per person plus a nonrefundable $250.00 USD health and safety fee. The retreat will formally begin at 6:30 pm MST on Wednesday, February 9 and conclude with dinner on Thursday, February 10. All Thursday meals are included, as well as access to the dynamic speakers focused on topics such as: 

  • The importance of creativity to your overall health
  • Cognitive health
  • The preventative power of exercise 
  • Intimacy and wellness 

In addition you’ll be able to:

  • Move alongside your fellow sisters during an IWF-centric Tai chi class.
  • Cozy up by a bonfire, and connect with new and old friends.

Please note that Thursday, February 10 from 1:30 - 5:00 pm has been reserved for freetime and Broadmoor activities, including spa treatments. Activities can be booked for an additional fee directly through the Broadmoor. 
 
For guests, the retreat fee is $500.00 USD per person plus a nonrefundable $250.00 USD health and safety fee. This includes access to the two evening events.
 
IWF has partnered with a COVID-Compliance company and will have COVID Compliance Officers on-site to assist with the meeting safely. This is all included in the health and safety fee.

 

How can I book my room at the Broadmoor?


We’ve secured a special room rate for IWF Members. The link to book your stay at the Broadmoor in the IWF block will be provided in your registration confirmation email.

 

What is the recommended attire?


Resort Mountain chic is recommended for the retreat events. Please click here for an overview of the Broadmoor’s attire guidelines.

The average daytime temperature in Colorado Springs is February 7°C/45°F. Participants are encouraged to dress in layers as you will need to walk outdoors to access some of the resort spaces.

 

Guest Policy


Members may bring a guest. Please note that there is a limited amount of guest spaces available. The guest registration fee includes  both evening events. We kindly request that the day-time content be reserved for Members-only.  Similar to Members that are attending, all guests must have their vaccine card verified and take and submit a PCR test within 72 hours of arrival. 

 

IWF Payment Policy


Full payment of registration fees must be made at the time of registration. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express).

 

IWF Cancellation Policy


Cancellations must be submitted to IWF Registration via email to iwf@executivevents.com within the time periods noted below.

The Health & Safety Fee of $250 is non-refundable.

Cancellations requested within 24 hours of the registration date will be refunded 100% of the payment, minus a 3% credit card processing fee and the $250.00 health and safety fee.  For cancellation requests made after this timeframe will be subject to the cancellation policies listed below.

Cancellations received by January 9 will be assessed a cancellation fee equal to 15% of total registration payment received minus the $250.00 health and safety fee.

Cancellations received between January 10 and January 25 will be assessed a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total registration payment received minus the $250.00 health and safety fee.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations received January 26 and later. However, the registration is transferable to another IWF Member or guest to attend the same conference once the replacement Member or guest’s vaccination card has been verified.  The cancelling registrant has the responsibility to find a transferee, and must notify IWF of the transfer prior to the conference opening.

Should a registrant test positive for COVID-19 between January 10 - February 9 and share proof of the positive test, their registration would be refunded 100% of the fees paid minus a 3% credit card processing fee and the $250.00 health and safety fee.
