The Wellness Retreat is a new program designed to provide respite and renewal for IWF members so you can lead your organizations as well as support your communities and families in the best possible way.

Arriving Early? We invite you to experience the iconic Colorado Springs resort where personalized luxury offers an escape from the ordinary. 

For your convenience, we have blocked spa treatment times during the day on Wednesday. All IWF members who book spa services will also receive a special gift.

Please note spa services are not included in the IWF retreat fee and must be booked directly through the Broadmoor. Details of how to book will be provided in your confirmation email.

Skilled spa practitioners honor the tradition of the Broadmoor with restorative treatments that are tailored to address the unique needs and wellness goal of every guest in a luxurious yet serene setting.

Reunite with your dear IWF sisters from around the globe after nearly two years of being apart. Cozy up next to the fire to the songs of Colorado icon John Denver performed by a tribute artist and connect with new and old friends. Use this time to set your intentions for the wellness retreat over the next day.

Experience the healing of self-awareness, focus, mindfulness and the breath's energy, to increase physical healing, an alert mind, inner peace and the power within you that responds to stress, illness, pain and fear. Yoga mats will be provided, and participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing.

As beholders and makers of art, the creative arts can become both a canvas for joy and self-expression, and the event horizon for openness and personal transformation. There is creativity in all of us. Together we’ll explore how art centers us along our leadership journeys and challenges us to think, feel, and respond.

As the isolation imposed by our current environment leaves us longing for greater and deeper relationships, we find ourselves seeking way to navigate intimacy and human connection. This intimate, open, and honest conversation around sexual health and intimate wellbeing will help us shed light on the powerful emotional needs in our lives.

We are thrilled for IWF members to experience the Broadmoor, the legendary Forbes-Star and AAA Five-Diamond resort, where the spirit of the West inspires the adventurer within.

Explore - Canyon Hike 

Navigate the picturesque mountain surroundings on a 1.5 hour moderate, privately-led hike amongst some of the grandest scenery Colorado has to offer. The hike will depart at 2:00 pm on Thursday, February 10 from Broadmoor West. Participants are encouraged to dress in layers and wear hiking boots. We are pleased to offer this complimentary hike exclusively for IWF members 

Play - Golfing 

The Broadmoor’s legendary golf links feature stunning views of Pikes Peak and an array of challenges for golfers of all levels. Whether you are teeing off on the tree-lined fairways of the East Course or navigating the hazards of the West Course, each sets the stage for an unprivileged golf experience. Weather pending there is a complimentary green fee during the month of February (cart not included).
