How do I pay?

You can pay with a credit card using our secure online payment module.

How can I tell if I am registered?

Our online registration system generates a receipt upon payment. If you can’t locate a receipt in your email in-box (or your junk email/spam filter), just email info@ispecasa.org and we will send you another one.

 

Where can I find my member number?

ISPE-CaSA individual memberships are held through our parent organization – International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers. Visit www.ispe.org and simply access the members’ area of the organization. From there you can log in to find your member number.

How can I modify my registration?

Our online registration system sent you a confirmation email with an Orange Button that says "Modify Registration." You may have to 'download pictures' in the confirmation to see it. Please use this button to access your account, entering the email and registration number.  If you have misplaced your registration number you will be able to request a reminder.

How can I cancel my registration?

Only the ISPE-CaSA staff can cancel a registration. Please contact (919) 573-5442 or click here to email to request a cancellation.

What is the refund policy?

Payment for ISPE-CaSA event registrations and sponsorships can be made by check, Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.  Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise specified by the event registration or sponsorship site.  In the case an event is cancelled by ISPE-CaSA, a written request for credit towards a future event should be submitted to info@ispe-casa.org within 10 business days following the date of the scheduled event.  Requests submitted after this period may not be approved.
