Terms and Space Assignment
Booth selection is based on the date an application is received. A 50% deposit is required to hold your booth space. Every effort will be made to assign exhibitors to one of their chosen spaces; however, the exhibit manager reserves the right to make final space assignments or change space assignments. The floor plan is subject to change without notice.
