Attending Information

Attend the annual Hughes User Group (HUG) conference, April 24-27 at the Charleston Place Hotel, in the heart of Charleston, SC.

Full Conference Program $1,600

  • All sessions, breakout sessions, and support materials

  • Three (3) nights hotel stay (room and tax)

  • All event meals and networking

  • A selection of one networking outing (Tues afternoon)

  • Transportation to/from airport (CHS) Sun/Wed

The conference fee is due in full at the time of registration and does not include: Guest Fees, Extended pre/post nights, incidentals, and gratuities.

 

Bring Your Guest $500

Bring a guest with you to share the HUG experience (age 18 or older). Guest package includes:

  • Double occupancy (share accommodations with primary registered attendee)

  • All event meals and networking

  • One selection of one networking outing (Tues afternoon)

  • Transportation to/from airport (CHS) Sun/Wed

  • Access to HUG Event Staff – to assist with on site needs

  • Activities, meet-ups, hotel services – additional fees may apply for hotel services

$500 Guest Fee (available only with a registered HUG Conference attendee)

The guest fee is due in full at the time of registration and may not be used for conference participants and does not entitle the guest to attend workshops.

For a relaxing and scenic experience, enjoy a leisurely horse-drawn carriage ride through the historic sites of charming Charleston. Carriage routes change daily to provide a unique experience for every guest..

Arrive Early / Stay Longer

We have negotiated a special rate for HUG Conference attendees who wish to stay before and/or after the event (checking in before Sunday, and checking out after Wednesday). Stay at the Charleston Place for up to three (3) nights before and/or after the HUG conference dates of April 24-27, 2022, at the conference rate of $343/night, plus taxes, fees, and service charges for single occupancy (or double with guest package).

The option to extend is first-come, first served, and based on hotel availability. An extension of your stay is in addition to your HUG conference fees; any charges you incur will be your responsibility upon checkout. Meals and excursions will also be your responsibility; please consult concierge services for assistance.

Hotel extended stay costs (room, resort fees, etc.) are due at the time of booking.
