Transgender Medicine Health Summit is additional to the HIV Prevention in Primary Care Conference. This summit is geared towards primary care providers who are interested in learning more about multi-disciplinary care including hormone therapy and other services to transgender (TG)/gender non-conforming (GNC) patients.
