The Welcome & Networking Reception will take place after the final session of Saturday, April 9, 2016 at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square Hotel, and is included in the registration fee for delegates.
Registration fee for all delegates includes:

- program and abstract book

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS ($20)
CE Units are available for $20. To receive CE units,
choose "CE Units" when you register. $20 will be automatically added to
your total at check out.

PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES
Registration fees can be paid by credit card (Mastercard, Visa and American Express only) or wire transfer.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATIONS
Cancellations must be sent in writing to 2016conference@cugh.org.
A full refund less a US $75.00 administrative fee will be granted for
cancellations of registrations on/before February 29, 2016. No refunds
will be granted for cancellations received after February 29, 2016. It is
possible to replace a cancelled participant with another person.
REGISTRATION HOURS
The registration and information desk at the
Hilton San Francisco Union Square will be open on Friday, April 8, 2016
from 3:00pm to 7:00pm, and the following days during official conference
hours.
The organizers of the 7th Annual CUGH Conference act as agents only and will accept no liability for personal injuries sustained by or for loss or damage to property belonging to conference participants, either during or as a result of the conferences or during all tours. It is, therefore, recommended that participants arrange for their own personal health, accident, and travel insurance.
The liability of persons or enterprises providing means of transportation or other services, however, remains unaffected. Only written arrangements are binding. Sole venue is San Francisco, California.
