	Kathryn Gundle Chair Head of Quality Remit Training Remit Group is an independent training provider providing a large number of apprenticeships with the business & management sector. As Head of Quality, Kathryn has strong relationships with Awarding Organisations, providers and professional bodies and Kathryn is also involved in AELP Special Interest Groups for End Point Assessment and Quality.
	Jan Richardson NOCN NOCN Group Deputy Managing Director, Jan Richardson-Wilde has over 30 years’ experience of the strategic and operational management of training programmes with private, public and voluntary sector training organisations. This includes working as Director of Quality and Curriculum at Interserve Learning and Employment and senior roles at Learning Curve, People Plus (A4e), System Training and JSW Education and Training.

	Cheryl Swales Association of Employment and Learning Providers Cheryl has been working with AELP since December 2015 as a Project Manager, working on various projects including Teach Too, Digital Skills and a two year EU funded project providing quality assurance advice and guidance to partners in Cyprus and Poland. Cheryl is also the Senior Support Officer responsible for managing all AELP Sector Forum meetings. Cheryl’s previous experience includes 13 years in the educational sector, working at manager level, at two private training providers and an Awarding Organisation. She has a wealth of experience in the management of Traineeships, Apprenticeships and Employability Skills delivery and is also a qualified tutor, assessor, internal quality assurer and holds a BA (Hons) Degree in Education Studies
