2015 CATEGORY WINNER
Australia Post Strawberry Hills Base Building Refurbishment (NSW)
Owned by Australia Post and nominated by Norman Disney & Young

Australia’s Post Sydney Headquarters at 219 Cleveland Street in Surry Hills was 20 years old and need of an upgrade, when Norman Disney & Young elevated the building’s NABERS Energy rating from 2 to 5 stars, and helped deliver a triple Green Star rating.  Australia Post has transformed a tired office asset into a modern, efficient, attractive space which meets the needs of today’s workers.
