Northshore - Mixed-Use Urban Renewal (QLD)
Nominated by Economic Development Queensland, Queensland Government
Once an industrial wasteland, the $5 billion Northshore
redevelopment is Queensland’s largest urban renewal project. Economic
Development Queensland’s transformation of this 304-hectare site, which will
one day be home to 15,000 residents and as many workers, demonstrates how
partnership between government and industry can drive innovation and excellence
in design and liveability.
