John is recognised as a property industry leader. He has previously served as the National President of the Property Council of Australia, Chairman of the Australian Sustainable Built Environment Council and Chairman Co-operative Research Centre for Construction Innovation.
John currently holds various corporate board positions including Chairman of the Sustainable Built Environment National Research Centre and Adjunct Professor at QUT School of Urban Development Faculty of the Built Environment and Engineering.
In May 2010 John was elected World President of the International Council for Research and Innovation in Building and Construction, and in 2009 was awarded the Order of Australia for services to the property and construction industries. John works out of Sydney as Non-Executive Chairman, AEH Property. |

Phil served as the Managing Director of Adelaide Airport Limited from 1998 to 2011.
He is currently sole Director of Philbak Pty Ltd, Chairman of Adelaide Convention Bureau, Vice President of Blind Sports Association of SA, Director of Flinders Ports Holdings, and Director of Health First Network.
He is also the former Managing Director of Gold Coast Airport Ltd and Director of Queensland Airports Ltd Group, Ringway Handling Ltd (UK), Australian British Chamber of Commerce (SA) and Tourism Task Force (TTF).
Phil has over 45 years of aviation experience and is an honorary life member of the Australian Airports Association and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in Australia.
In 2003, he was awarded the Centenary Medal for services to the community.

Denis is a National Director of Colliers International. Having completed over 34 years in the property industry, Denis is an industry leader in the management of major assets and portfolios for Global and Australian institutions, Federal and State Governments, Developers and Private Investors.
Denis has specialised in the planning, leasing, commissioning, management and sale of major commercial, industrial and retail projects.
Denis is the chair of the Property Council of Australia’s Professional Development Committee and, since 1997 has been involved with a range of state and national committees and industry conferences.
He has also been a member of the judging panel for the Property Council of Australia/Rider Levett Bucknall Innovation and Excellence Awards since 2006.

David is currently CEO of the Queensland Residential Tenancies Authority having recently held roles of Deputy Director of the Queensland Department of State Development, Infrastructure and Planning where he ran the Major projects office and Deputy Director Housing in the Department of Public Works and Housing. He was previously a Director in the PricewaterhouseCoopers Economics and Policy practice specialising in property-related infrastructure such as roads, rail, ports and airports. He joined PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2007 following 10 years as a National Director with Knight Frank Australia.
He has enjoyed over 35 years in the property industry and was the Queensland Chair of the Property Council's Property Excellence Awards for eight years prior to nationally based judging.
David is a former National President and Life fellow of the Australian Property Institute (API) and was a founding Director of the World Association of Valuation Organisations (WAVO).
He is the immediate past Chair of the Queensland Heritage Council, Adjunct Professor of the University of the Sunshine Coast and a board member of both Multicap Queensland and the South Bank Corporation.

Adrian is Head of Funds Management at Folkestone. Adrian joined Folkestone in April 2011 following its acquisition of Equity Real Estate Partners, a specialist real estate funds management business which Adrian co-founded in 2009.
Adrian has more than 20 years' experience in the funds management and real estate industries. He was formerly CEO Funds Management - UK and US at the Mirvac Group. He previously held senior positions at James Fielding Group, Deutsche Asset Management, Paladin Australia and the Property Council of Australia.

Mèdy is the National General Manager, Hindmarsh Constructions and is an Adjunct Professor at RMIT. With over 25 years’ experience in the property construction industry, Mèdy Hassan is a highly experienced property professional specialising in development, design, delivery and life cycle management of major special purpose and commercial projects both in Australia and overseas. A Fellow of the Australian Institute of Building, Mèdy graduated from RMIT with 1st Class Honours, with urban design and building economics majors.
He has worked intimately with Federal, State and local governments, major national institutions and the private sector, developing new forms of innovative project delivery and contracts for national and international works.
Mèdy has previously held positions on the Property Council’s ACT Division Council and as Chair of the ACT Residential Committee. For over 10 years he was Chair of the Property Council’s ACT Awards judging panel, and for the past four years has been a national judge and the Property Council’s representative for the Australia Award for Urban Design. Mèdy is also on the MBA Commercial Construction Committee.

Jo Metcalfe is Operating Centre Manager of ACT/NSW with GHD and a Director of Consult Australia, the Professional Standards Council and a member of the Professional Standards Council Finance Audit and Risk Committee.
She holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (Hons) from the University of New South Wales and an MBA from La Trobe University.
Jo has been a member of the Property Council of Australia’s ACT Division Council since 2004. She was awarded the ACT Telstra Business Woman of the Year (Private/Corporate) and has been awarded with the ACT Executive Director’s Award for contribution to the Property Council twice, in 2004 and 2006.
Jo is very highly respected within the Canberra property industry.

John held an executive role in a professional cost consultancy practice for thirty two years and has experience in every major facet of the profession working on projects with the smallest of budgets through to those in the hundreds of millions.
His experience covers projects within the major cities of Australia, isolated civil projects and those overseas. He has lectured in cost planning and economics to graduate and post graduate courses and provided expert witness advice in legal disputes.
John’s skills lie in a hands-on approach bringing his experience in contractual and cost planning matters together to provide risk averse strategies.

She is highly regarded in the Perth business community and has advised government and the City of Perth on a raft of public projects.
She works closely with her clients to establish briefs and develop design strategies in line with each project’s unique objective.
Jacqui’s attention to detail and her fundamental understanding of the contemporary workplace ensure excellent outcomes based on functional planning solutions.
Jacqui is a Fellow of the Design Institute of Australia, a General member of the FMA and an inaugural member of the WA Chapter of NAWIC.

He has over 30 years' experience in the property industry including extensive overseas experience.
Bill specialises in financial structuring and development analysis, corporate real estate consulting, property portfolio investment review and project managing the development of major projects.
Bill is the immediate past Chairman of the Building Practitioners Board, a past President (Victorian Division) and a past Director of the Property Council of Australia, the immediate past Chairman of the Abbotsford Convent Foundation and the inaugural Chairman of the Victorian Government’s Implementation Committee for the Melbourne 2030 Planning for Sustainable Growth. |
