Abstract Submission Instructions
We welcome you to submit an abstract for the APSAD Sydney 2016 Conference. We are calling for abstracts for Late Breaking Oral Presentations. If you have already submitted an abstract for the conference in the general call you can still submit a Late Breaking abstract.

Please read the abstract guidelines carefully. Any abstracts that do not conform to the guidelines will not be accepted. Abstracts must be submitted by Sunday 14 August CLOSED.

Late Breaking Presentation
Presentation time for papers will be 5 minutes with no questions. Due to time constraints presenters are asked to limit the number of slides to a maximum of five (5) and to keep their introductions brief and to only include speaker’s name, occupation, and organisation.

The Late Breaking presentations are lively, informative, fast paced, and are held in the Plenary Room as a non-concurrent session. It is dedicated to late breaking and unpublished findings, and for anyone whose data was not available in the general call for abstracts.

Late Breaking Prize
APSAD will be offering a certificate and a book voucher to the value of $100 to the best Late Breaking presentation, a runner up and two honourable mentions will each receive a certificate.

The Late Breaking Papers are judged on the basis of original scientific importance or clinical or policy relevance, and clarity of presentation.

Review the guidelines and download the abstract template for your submission.

Notification of Acceptance
Notifications of acceptance will be sent via e-mail to the submitting author by 16th September 2016. Abstracts submitted for late breaking presentations that cannot be accommodated within the program will be considered and reviewed for a poster presentation.
