Following Day One of the AELP Annual Conference 2019, there will be a Pre-Dinner Drinks Reception and Gala Dinner held on the evening of Monday, 24 June 2019.

The evening provides excellent networking opportunities in a relaxed atmosphere and is well attended by both delegates and other conference attendees/exhibitors and includes after dinner entertainment.

This year, the Gala Evening is open to conference delegates and non-attendees. The price includes the drinks reception, 4-course dinner and entertainment.

Price: AELP Member: £100 + VAT Non-member £150 + VAT.
Places are limited.

Pre-Dinner Drinks Reception

Pre-Dinner Drinks will be held from 7pm-8pm in the Westminster Ballroom Foyer at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge.

We will be serving wine, beer, sparkling wine and soft drinks.

AELP Gala Dinner reservations automatically include attendance at the Pre-Dinner Drinks Reception which is another ideal networking opportunity.

The Gala Dinner will be held from 8pm until late in the Westminster Ballroom at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge.

We will be serving a four-course meal with wine and soft drinks.

As a first for a gala dinner at an AELP Annual Conference, we are delighted to announce that this year Baron Daniel Finkelstein OBE will be our after-dinner speaker. After dinner there will also be an opportunity to dance the night away to some all time disco classics with our guest DJ.

AELP Member: £100.00 + VAT
Non-Member: £150.00 + VAT

All exhibitor stand contacts are entitled to a complimentary place at the Gala Evening and some sponsorship packages include complimentary places too.

All delegates should book places to attend the Gala Evening at the time of booking a conference place. All AELP full members attending the conference on a complimentary basis must still pay for attendance at the Gala Dinner.
