Exhibitor Packages

AELP is pleased to announce the Exhibitor Package details and costs as below. This once again offers excellent value for money.

The package includes:

• Shell scheme exhibition area consisting of individual booths in white only and featuring your organisation's name on a 950mm nameboard card applied to the left hand back wall panel (MAX 22 Characters including Spaces)
• Choice of exhibitor booth position/cost - Tier A or Tier B
  

Graphics
To order graphics panels for your stand, please contact Tony Holden from Lion Exhibition Services and refer to the Shell Scheme Schematic for artwork sizes and complete the order form.

Furniture
Each exhibitor booth will be equipped with a clothed table and two chairs which are provided by the venue.

If you require any additional furniture, this can be ordered from Tony Holden from Lion Exhibition Services. All furniture hire products may be viewed online www.3rdelement.co.uk. To make your order, please use the booking form.

The conference offers Exhibitors two position options, as below:

Tier A - £3,950 + VAT	Book Now
Tier B - £2,950 + VAT	Book Now

Both tiers include:

• Exhibitor booth for both days - 3m x 2m including access to power
• Use of the integrated Conference App badge scanner for capturing leads
  
• Provision of a 6ft clothed table and two chairs and access to power
• Delegates bags for stand contacts (max 2)
• Lunch & Refreshments both days
• Attendance at the Conference for the two stand personnel for two days
• Workshop attendance for both days for both stand contacts
• Two Complimentary places to the Pre-Dinner Drinks Reception and AELP Gala Dinner for both stand contacts (only)
• Exhibitor profile and logo on the Conference Website
