AELP are pleased to announce that the delegate fees for this year's conference are frozen from 2018.

New for this year we are also offering an Early Bird rate of 20% off all delegate fees for places booked before 5pm on Friday 17 May 2019.

AELP Members

Full AELP Members are entitled to one complimentary place for both days. Full Members taking advantage of their complimentary place may choose to book a different delegate for the second day. This has been incorporated into the booking journey.

Additional Full Member delegates may book at the following rates:

Day One - £300.00 + VAT
Day Two - £300.00 + VAT
Both Days - £575.00 + VAT

Associate Members

Receive a 25% discount on the advertised full member rate.
Day One - £225.00 + VAT
Day Two - £225.00 + VAT
Both Days - £430.00 + VAT

Patron Organisations

Receive two complimentary places again at this years conference.

Non-Members

Day One - £400.00 + VAT
Day Two - £400.00 + VAT
Both Days - £750.00 + VAT

We have agreed a conference attendee rate with the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge. Delegates wishing to stay at the official conference hotel can book their room when registering for the conference. We have limited number of rooms, and therefore bookings will be confirmed on a first-come-first-served basis.

For those not able to stay at the conference hotel we’ve complied a list of nearby alternative options.

1. Only online bookings and payments will be accepted for this conference.
2. If you have previously registered your interest to attend the conference you will still need to book a place via this site.
3. Discounted options for multi-attendee or third sector organisations are not available for this conference.
