Program
The main meeting dates will be Friday 2 and Saturday 3 August from 7.30am - 5.30pm each day. 
 
Topics to be covered in the program include:
  • Epidemiology of carbapenem and colistin resistance in Asia-Pacific
  • Optimising the Antibiotic Armamentarium
  • New drugs and innovative combinations
  • Microbiology Laboratory – Rapid identification and resistance testing
  • Successful and novel infection control approaches
Program:

A pre-meeting workshop will also be held on Thursday 1 August in Brisbane and will be on "Laboratory Skills for Investigating Antibiotic Resistant Gram negative bacilli". 

Places are limited for this workshop so please view the workshop tab for further information.

It will be the responsibility of the delegate to arrange transport from Brisbane to the Gold Coast.
