Special rates have been negotiated at a number of hotels in the vicinity of the conference venue. 

We recommend that you book as soon as possible. 

Bookings can be arranged at the time of registration and bookings will only be accepted until 29 June 2013. 
Please note: the accommodation deadline has passed, should you wish to book accommodation, please contact the hotel directly to make your booking.

Please note: credit card details are required and will be passed to the hotel to hold your room. Room charges will be processed by the hotel directly and payment will be required upon check out. Attendees will need to present their credit card upon check-in to cover any incidental and/or additional costs relating to accommodation.
