1. Who can enter?
Any supplier and service provider who serves the US captive insurance sector can enter.

2. When is the deadline?
All entries must be submitted by Friday August 1, 2014. Late submissions cannot be accepted due to judging timelines.
3. What is the judging period?
Performance, activity and initiatives between April 1, 2013 and March 31, 2014 will be taken into consideration by the judges
4. How can I enter my company?

5. Who does the judging?
The panel of expert judges are carefully selected for their wealth of experience and expertise, as well as their absence of conflicts of interest. A list of judges will be announced and displayed on this website in July 2014.
6. When will I know if my company has been shortlisted?
All entrants will be notified before the shortlist is officially announced.
7. When will the winners be announced?
Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on Monday October 6, 2014 at The Westin Chicago River North.

8. What are the timings for the evening?

21.00 Awards ceremony

22.00 After dinner drinks and networking

9. How can I book tickets to attend the awards ceremony?

Ticket prices for 2014 include drinks, a three course dinner and a seat at the Awards.

10. When will I receive my tickets?
Once you have booked your tickets you will be sent further event details and an e-ticket, which you must distribute to your guests. The e-tickets will be sent closer to the event.
