Hotel Cancellation Policy:
Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of booking. A deposit of 1 night room rate and tax will be made and may be forfeited if reservation is canceled within 7 days prior to arrival. Casitas and villas require a deposit of 50% of total room and tax due at booking. Cancellation of casitas or villas within 10 days of arrival are subject to deposit forfeiture.
Resort Fee:
The hotel's resort fee includes:
• Unlimited high-speed internet access, wireless and hard-wired, in sleeping rooms and public spaces
(excluding meeting rooms)
• Nightly turndown service
• Complimentary in-room coffee and tea set up
