There will be no extension of the deadline after April 29th, 2013.

One oral session is planned for abstracts that for scientific reasons could not be submitted before the deadline, i.e. the data was not available. A typical reason could be that a clinical trial was not completed.

You have to send an e-mail to the congress organiser (vercesi@mcascientificevents.eu)  with at copy to the chairman of the scientific committee (Gorm.Greisen@regionh.dk)  (please be careful to state the reasons for the delayed submission).

Such abstracts can be submitted until September 2nd, 2013. Chances of acceptance will shrink, and the presenter will have to pay the full congress fee.
