When should we send you are dead leads?

We have a saying here..."Time Kills Deals". The longer you wait to forward us a lead, the less likely we'll be able to breath new life into them. If you have a candidate that is well qualified and you want to turn it into extra income, please do not hesitate sending it to us. Keep in mind it is possible to receive duplicate leads from a multiple of franchisors. Leads submitted are on a first come first serve basis and commissions are only forwarded if you are the FIRST one to forward us that lead.

How do I get a lead back on the Rebound?

We will ask your old leads a series of questions. If they still have interest in your franchise, we will not offer them any other opportunities. The lead will be immediately forwarded back to you with our comments. If we revive a lead, and you award the prospect a franchise, we request a commission fee back to us for 25% of the franchise fee or your standard broker commission.  We trust that you will find our service so valuable that we will not have to push you to forward a commission. If you reject our commission request, we simply remove your franchise from the program and that will eliminate any opportunity to catch rebounds from other franchisors. It's about trust and team work.

How do I benefit if they buy another franchise?

You are only sending us your "Dead" leads... so currently they are of no value to you. Once you send us your old leads, we will try and revive them. If they express no further interest in your franchise we will encourage them to look at other opportunities. If they are awarded an alternate franchise because of our direct efforts, you will receive a 10% of the Broker's Commission  within 30 days after the franchisor pays us our broker fee. Think about it... your current leads have no value; we can change that. We have an extremely effective system that ensures that the people you send us get the absolute best care and guidance. We have a very high conversion rate with our clients because we provide them with personal and professional assistance. Rest assured that your referrals are being properly handled.

Can I get leads back that I send you?

No. Unfortunately, once you've given us the lead's contact information, it is entered in the system and our brokers are actively trying to revive it for you. ReboundLeads.com has a zero return policy.
